Cummins and Stellantis have announced the launch of a new 2025 6.7L engine paired with the RAM lineup of pickup and chassis cab heavy-duty trucks. The engine is certified to EPA and California standards.
Improvements (engine and vehicle)
No details have been released yet on the emissions control system. Likely it retains the previous generation system (DOC, DPF, SCR, AmOx catalyst) and that it does not certify to MY 2024 California low NOx standards - or it would have been called out.
